Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., broken clasps, faulty soldering on sterling silver items).

For Sterling Silver Products Only: Fading or tarnishing occurring within the 30-day warranty period is covered and eligible for a one-time replacement.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

For Gold-Plated/ Vermeil Products: Any fading, discoloration, or wear of the plating is considered normal and is not covered by this warranty.

Damage resulting from accident, misuse, or lack of proper care (including exposure to water, chemicals, or perfumes).

General wear and tear, including scratches.

Loss or theft of the item.

Any damage from modifications or unauthorized repairs.

We offer a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects in frames, hinges, or lenses

Faults in materials (e.g. peeling coating, lens distortion caused by a defect)

Issues due to poor workmanship
To qualify for a warranty claim, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

This warranty does not cover:
