At Chailata, we strive to ensure that every item you receive meets our quality standards. Please review the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.

 

General Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong fit, personal preference, or tarnished metal. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Process for Returns or Exchanges

  1. Contact our customer care team at hello@chailata.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos showing the defect or damage

  2. We will review your claim and notify you of the approval status.

  3. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  4. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item not in its original condition
