To keep your sunglasses in good condition, it's recommended to store them in a protective case when not in use. Clean them regularly with a microfiber cloth or lens cleaning solution to remove smudges and dirt. Avoid placing your sunglasses face down to prevent scratches on the lenses.

Our rings are crafted from high-quality, lead-free and nickel-free materials. Most of our collection features:

• Solid Sterling Silver: 925 sterling silver, which is naturally hypoallergenic for most people.
• Vermeil: A premium form of gold plating where a thick layer of 14k or 18k gold is plated over a sterling silver base, making it both luxurious and hypoallergenic.
• Gold Plated Brass: We use a high-quality, tarnish-resistant coating for a beautiful and lasting finish.

For those with sensitive skin, we highly recommend our Sterling Silver and Vermeil collections.

With proper care, your gold-plated jewellery can maintain its beauty for a long time. All gold plating can eventually wear over time, but to extend its life, we recommend:

• Avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
• Storing it separately in a dry, cool place, ideally in the pouch we provide.

Yes! All By Charley sunglasses offer UV400 protection to block 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Absolutely. Most of our sunglasses feature premium TAC polarised lenses that reduce glare and enhance visual clarity. However, please refer to each product description for details — a few styles are non-polarised, but all By Charley sunglasses provide full UV400 protection to keep your eyes safe under the sun.

The reason you see these effects is because the object is refracting light. With polarized sunglass lenses blocking horizontal light waves and allowing only vertical waves through the lens, it means your eyes see the refracted light in the form of a 'rainbow' or 'waves'. However, polarized lenses provide the added benefit of protecting your eyes from harmful rays and reducing the discomfort from glare on the road.
